1. Service

ObraDocs provides a platform for managing projects, entities, documents, expiry dates, users and subscriptions. The customer company is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and currency of the data it enters.

2. Account and access

Credentials are personal and must not be shared. The customer company must grant only the necessary access, deactivate users who no longer need the service and report incidents without delay.

3. Permitted use

The application must not be used for unlawful purposes, to introduce malicious code, attempt to access other companies’ data or upload content without a lawful basis. The customer company must inform data subjects and comply with applicable employment, documentary and data protection rules.

4. Availability and backups

The operator takes reasonable continuity and security measures but does not guarantee complete absence of interruptions. Backups and recovery procedures appropriate to the risk and contract must be maintained.

5. Subscription and payments

Plans, prices, limits and billing terms are shown before subscription. Payments may be processed by an external provider. Cancellation and its effects on data retention or export are governed by the contract and applicable law.

6. Data protection

Use of the application is subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. The customer company must not upload excessive data or documents that are unnecessary for the stated purposes.
